ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਹਾਂ।

ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਜੋਤਿ ਜੋਤਿ ਹੈ ਸੋਇ ॥
Amongst all is the Light — You are that Light.ਸਭਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋਤ ਹੈ — ਉਹ ਜੋਤ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।The Divine is not separate from us
We all are brothers and sisters of the same Father. The whole universe is the Divine Himself. We all are One!
ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਇਲਾਹੀ ਬਾਪ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਹਾਂ!

ਕਿਵ ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਹੋਈਐ ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ ॥
ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇMost of us don’t experience the Divine within us
We don’t realize the Divine within us because there are some blinds before our eyes.
In order to remove these blinds, and realize the Divine within us, our consciousness needs to be purified; our ego needs to be eradicated.
ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੜਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੜਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਸੁਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਹਉਮੈ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਸੇਈ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਾਹ ਜਿਨੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ ਅਠੀ ਵੇਪਰਵਾਹ ਰਹਨਿ ਇਕਤੈ ਰੰਗਿ ॥
ਇਹ ਪੜਦੇ ਕਿਵੇ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ?How to remove these blinds?
Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji shows us The Path — the way to live life, walking on which the Divine can be realized within each one of us.
Recite God’s Name and with His Grace, He will reveal Himself within us. Guru Nanak Dev Ji brought the sacred word “Waheguru”, the reciting of which invokes the presence of God inside us.
Please practice feeling the Divine through remaining with the word “Waheguru”, or remain awake to the Truth that we are carrying God within us.
ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਆਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪੰਥ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਆਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ “ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ” ਸ਼ਬਦ ਲਿਆਏ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਹਾਜਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਜਾਗਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਲਈ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ।
ਜੀ, ਆਪਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖਣਾ….
ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਧਰਮ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
