About the site
Baleyo Charaag is a Sanjha (shared), non-commercial, volunteer-run initiative sharing Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s universal message of Oneness and Love, and inviting everyone to celebrate Purab. Everything on the site is free to use.
Making the pledge
- Use your real first name and your own city, and the email or phone of someone who has agreed to hear from us: yours, or a parent’s or guardian’s.
- Your pledge is a personal promise to celebrate Purab. It is not a contract, and nobody checks whether you keep it.
- Please make one pledge for yourself. We may remove pledges that are automated, duplicated, offensive or clearly false, and adjust counts to keep them fair.
- Counts, country firsts, pledge numbers and the globe are shown in good faith and may be corrected.
Your pledge card
- Your card is made from the details you enter. You are responsible for what it says and where you share it.
- You may share your card freely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media, in messages and in print.
- Please do not edit a card to change its message, use it in advertising, or present it as an official statement of Baleyo Charaag.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Submit content that is abusive, hateful, disrespectful to any faith, misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
- Enter someone else’s details without their permission.
- Attempt to spam, scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site, its forms, its counts or the services it relies on.
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law.
Content on the site
- Gurbani is quoted with reverence and with sources. Translations and explanations are offered to help understanding; please consult a Gurdwara or a learned Sikh scholar for religious guidance.
- Downloads such as greeting cards, stickers and posters are offered for personal, non-commercial use to celebrate Purab, unless a page says otherwise.
- Some photos, videos and posts belong to others and are shown under licence, with credit, or embedded from their original service. They remain the property of their owners.
- Quotations from public figures and news reports are shown with their sources so you can check them. If you think something is wrong, please tell us.
Links and services from others
The site links to and embeds content from other services, including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Brevo and OpenStreetMap/Photon. We are not responsible for their content or policies, and your use of them is under their terms.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Dates such as Purab follow the lunar calendar and are shown as published by recognised sources; please confirm them locally.

- ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕਾਰਡ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਭਰੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਇਸਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹੈ।

- ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ, ਇਸਦੇ ਫ਼ਾਰਮਾਂ, ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਪੈਮ ਕਰਨ, ਡੇਟਾ ਖਿੱਚਣ, ਬੋਝ ਪਾਉਣ, ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀਆਂ ਲੱਭਣ ਜਾਂ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।
- ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਨਾ ਵਰਤੋ।
